Please read these terms and conditions carefully.

BY USING THE SITE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

Product Availability

All of our products are handmade and manufactured on-site by our countries’ partners. If you are interested in a piece that is currently on backorder, please contact us and we can tell you if and when the item will be available. Because this product is handmade there may be a 1-4 week delay before the piece can be shipped. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Information on our Site

At Waxaw, we make every effort to ensure that our online catalog is as accurate and complete as possible. In order to give you the opportunity to view our pieces in full detail, some pieces may appear larger or smaller than their actual size in our photographs; and since every computer monitor is set differently, size may vary slightly. On our site, we provide the measurement of the pieces but please contact us if sizes are missing, if you have doubt or if you need more detailed information.

Return Policy

Damaged Products

Waxaw is committed to complete customer satisfaction. Our products are handmade and far away from being machine-made: this means that some of our products have little imperfections. If these imperfections are communicated on our website, and/or well visible on the product’s picture, then the purchase will not be refunded. Products are refundable for damages attributable to Waxaw. Metals erode and stones can become damaged over time: this is something not linked to Waxaw and its warranty, so not refundable.

If a product is eligible to be refunded, and if you decide to return your purchase, you have to communicate this decision to Waxaw via email, with pictures of the damaged product attached, within 7 days from the date you have received the order (based on the shipping provider’s tracking number).

Waxaw will refund you within 15 working days, starting from the date we will receive the damaged product back. Shipping costs will be on us if you fulfill the above requirements (and so if you can prove the damage).

Any other type of solution can be considered (e.g. you’d like to keep the item without returning it back and receive a partial refund/coupon ) as long as the previously mentioned requirements are fulfilled. The contents of the package must be in the same condition as you have received and secure within the box.

All returns must be accompanied by the original sales receipt.

Shipping address will be communicated privately, after being contacted by the interested customer.

Other Situation

Waxaw is committed to complete customer satisfaction. If you’d like to return one or more purchased items, if not because of damage, you want to inform us within 14 calendar days from the date you have received the order (based on the shipping provider’s tracking number).

Waxaw will process your return within 15 working days from when we receive your package (based on the shipping provider’s tracking number). At this point, you can decide if you’d like to change the item with another one available in our shop or to receive a coupon. A refund is not possible.

Shipping costs for the return are on you (back and forth in case of an exchange).

Waxaw must confirm that the returned products have not been damaged, or suffered excessive wear and tear during the 14-days period.

Exchange Policy

You can change one or more items within 14 calendar days from when you receive the package (e.g. you’d like to change the size or the colour). All exchanges must be accompanied by the original sales receipt. Shipping costs (back and forth) will be covered by you.

Limited Warranty

Our products are handmade and far away from being machine-made: this means that some of our products have little imperfections. If these imperfections are communicated on our website, and/or well visible on the product’s picture, then the purchase will not be refunded. Products are refundable only for damages attributable to Waxaw. Metals erode and stones can become damaged over time: this is something not linked to Waxaw and its warranty. Any extra work performed by a jeweler of your trust after the purchase automatically cancels the warranty.

THIS WARRANTY IS NOT AN INSURANCE POLICY. It is the responsibility of the customer to maintain insurance against loss or damage not covered by the warranty.
